  • Renewal includes naming rights for the National Beach Volleyball Tour and National Super League
  • Partnership to support Australian athletes through to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games

Brisbane: March 4, 2026: Mahindra Australia and Volleyball Australia today announced a significant three-year extension to their national partnership - a collaboration that has been instrumental in driving record-breaking growth across one of Australia’s fastest-rising sports.

The renewed agreement confirms Mahindra will now become the naming rights sponsor of the Australian Beach Tour and the National Super League, ensuring that Mahindra remains at the forefront of elite and grassroots volleyball across the nation, both in beach and indoor formats of the sport. The partnership will guide both organisations through a pivotal period of development and opportunity leading into the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.

This announcement arrives in the build-up to the 2026 Gold Coast Volleyslam - the country’s premier beach volleyball festival - which will be staged on Coolangatta Beach from 6–15 March 2026. The Volleyslam combines a range of competitions, from school and youth championships to elite domestic and international beach volleyball events, making it a highlight of the national calendar and a vibrant celebration of the sport’s growth on Australian sand.

Supporting a Sport on the Rise

Over the past period, this partnership has been central to elevating the profile of volleyball domestically - supporting athlete development, enhancing national competitions, and amplifying the sport’s visibility through innovative social media and community engagement. This renewal expands that commitment, deepening impact at both elite and grassroots levels and supporting emerging Australian athletes as they aim for success on the global stage.

Andrew Dee, Chief Executive of Volleyball Australia, added:

“This partnership extension with Mahindra comes at an exhilarating time for volleyball in Australia. Participation and engagement are booming, and Mahindra’s support has enabled our sport to thrive at every level - from community participation through to elite international performance. We are excited to head into the 2026 Volleyslam on the Gold Coast knowing our athletes and programs are supported all the way to the Los Angeles Olympics.”

As an official partner of Volleyball Australia, Mahindra knows a thing or two about performance - and presence.

“They look great — and I love the interior. The brown and black combination is really beautiful,” Fejes said. “There’s plenty of room too. Even the smaller one would be perfect for me … and the bigger Scorpio model would easily suit taller people as well - even volleyballers over two metres.”
